Customer must give at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation of scheduled delivery date or there will be a re-delivery charge If not at home for scheduled delivery date. If US FURNITURE is unable to make delivery, customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED THAT DELIVERY ON SPECIAL ORDERS PURCHASES CAN TAKE UP TO 180 DAYS AND CUSTOMER AGREES TO ACCEPT DELIVERY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION OR WILL BE SUBJECT TO WAREHOUSE/STORAGE CHARGES OF 30% FROM THE TOTAL PURCHASED PRICE. REFUSAL OF THE CUSTOMER TO ACCEPT MERCHANDISE FORFEITS THEIR DEPOSIT.

THERE IS NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND ON ANY SPECIAL ORDER PURCHASES. CANCELLATION ON ANY SPECIAL ORDER PURCHASES THE CUSTOMER WILL FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSIT. CUSTOMERS REFUSAL TO ACCEPT DELIVERY A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FROM THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FURNITURE FITTING IN THEIR HOME AND INTO DESIGNATED AREA. IF US FURNITURE NEEDS TO DISASSEMBLE ANY UPHOLSTERY $ 250.00 DOLLARS WILL BE CHARGED PER UNIT.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY IN DISPOSING THE EMPTY BOXES.
